I have been taking turmeric gels for my aching joints for more than 5 years now. I thought it was just a coincidence at first, so stop taking it for about 2 months, the pain returned; and I returned to taking 2 capsules of Turmeric each day.

Qunil Liquid Tumeric 1000mg Extra Strength has replaced other anti-inflammatory supplements I had been taking. I am on my second 900ml bottle and it has made a difference in my pain level. I have OTC pain meds going bad because I don't need them like I used to. I can really feel it if I miss a few days. The orange and ginger flavor is good too. I like it straight, but may try it in a smoothy or iced tea one day soon.
