I take 2 Softgels every day. The pain in my back has lessened considerably since I started this regimen. I have tried other products, even the one advertised highly on TV, and Qunol Extra Strength Turmeric is the only one that has helped to relieve my back pain to the point of being able to go shopping again. I will continue to take Qunol.

I deal with inflammation on a daily basis due to a previous back surgery. I have developed arthritis in my spine and have scar tissue. I got to the place where walking was almost impossible. Since using Qunal my pain has decreased significantly. I feel looser and the best part it is all natural and I don't have to deal with the harsh side effects of using NSAID'S.

I use this along with Qunol's turmeric with pepper to help increase it's absorbency (1 of each / day). I've done some research into this and I feel Qunol makes a quality product without unhealthful fillers.

The "Sunrise" combo is fantastic! As an OR nurse I have to be on my toes at all times! I had been sluggish in the mornings and just not myself as I get older. Once I started the combo of QuNol products my mind is clearer and physically I feel more like my old self! Every morning I look forward to the taste of better health!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this helps reduce inflammation. I am not sure if it does, but at this high of a dose, it seems like it should. I'm not crazy about the plastic-looking coating on the outside of each pill. I'm guessing because the form inside is liquid-y. I'm used to taking turmeric that looks more like a capsule of powder. These are easy to swallow and look like they only have necessary ingredients from processing. I will buy again.

This is the brand I prefer and use most often for turmeric. Potency and absorption is the best. My family takes this for its overall health benefits, antioxidant benefits, brain health, and anti inflammatory properties. As an added bonus, it helps my skin glow.

I was very skeptical, but read some reviews and decided to give it a try. I am 67 and do a 5 mile daily walk with numerous hills. I, also, do a daily 30 minute upper or lower body workout. I have learned to live with waking up a few times a night due to aching and burning in my legs, hips and arms. I started taking two capsules midday and within 2 days my body felt different. I'm not waking up at night and I'm not aching! It's amazing! I can't say enough about this product.

I just purchased my second bottle of Qunol Extra Strength Turmeric because I felt great after taking it the first time. I noticed I was less foggy brained and was overall feeling more energetic and less achey throughout my entire body. My husband even noticed how much better I appeared.
