Within the first 4-5 days I could tell a difference. Two months later, it has become a staple for me. The liquid tastes good and seems to do the trick. I have a problem swallowing and tried chewable Turmeric. YUCK. But it really helped my joints. Especially my hands. I was told the liquid formulas taste like dirt and the pills are huge. Saw the soft gel and decided to give your product a try. No problems swallowing because the capsules are narrow and long, not fat and short. Excited to see how it works. The last formula I used had Black Pepper which was important for absorption.
