I had been taking Tumeric for well over a year for the pain of osteoarthritis affecting my hands, when a friend mentioned Qunol Tumeric, explaining how black pepper increases the absorption of this incredible helper. I checked it out and it was TRUE, an item that shows up in Qunol Tumeric! I have been taking this brand now for almost 3 months and won't look back. Due to an old injury, and due to compensating for that injury, I have a good degree of joint pain in my left ankle, both knees, and my right hip. I thought I would give this a shot as a supplement and see if it would do anything, and it turns out that was a great impulse. It's not that I am now pain free, or anything. However, since I started taking it, the pain has improved to such an extent that I no longer feel the need to take over the counter pain killers as often.

I take this product every morning. It really doesn't taste bad, I mix it with the CoQ10. I was able to feel the difference in my joints within a couple days. It beats taking a horse pill daily. There is no after taste. Just don't spill it on your cloths

My doctor recommended Qunol Turmeric for my arthritis pain. About two or three weeks after I started taking this, the pain was almost gone. I do not take daily pain meds anymore, only occasionally. Give it a try. The results aren't immediate, but a build up over 30 days. My doctor says it works in some patients, and not others, but this has worked for me.

I broke my hip a year and a half ago and a couple of months after surgery I started to hurt. My hip doctor said it was bursitis. So, DON'T RUN OUT! It is pricey, but WORTH it. I also take Cinnamon supplement, to help, with inflammation and pain from Degenerative Joint Disease.

The flavor is tolerable and since is small dosis it's ok I guess. I have noticed changes or differences in my joints, knees, my skin, my hair, my immune system is stronger and it feels great to be able to move easier and do more things with my grandkids too !

I like the fact this is a convenient capsule that is highly absorbent. The benefits of turmeric are great, but you need a liquid for max absorption. The liquid version is good (and actually tastes pretty good), but not as convenient since you have to refrigerate it and measure out each serving. The capsules are liquid, convenient, and highly absorptive.
