I take 1 capsule twice a day. Before taking Qunol Turmeric I had back, hip, and elbow pain that affected my movement, flexibility, and even my happiness. I take this every morning along with two pepper corns. I read that pepper binds to turmeric and holds it in my system longer. I take this product because I have arthritis. It makes a difference. When I stop using it, due to the every day hustle and bustle of life, my hands hurt again.
