I've been taking EXtra Strength 1000mg caps for two years. It does help with joint pain. I do question the logic of 2 caps/day for 1000mg but 3 caps/ day for 1500 mgs? I won't take 3 but question that dosage. Since they were "out of stock" to the 1000 mgs I was forced to buy the `1500. Interesting way to force me to "upgrade" in costs and mgs. I didn't want to let it get out of my system waiting for them to "stock up" on 1000mgs. That's the trick of this product. You have to keep it in your system to enjoy the benefits. It takes over a month to really kick in. It's worth it.

I started using turmeric, for help, with the onset of arthritis symtoms. I'm usually very sensitive, in the digestive tract, to over the counter supplements. Qunol does not have that negative effect on me. It might be the high absorption rate. I will continue to use this product.

The Qunol Tumeric is wonderful! I needed something that would keep my arthritic pain at bay and I have found it. The liquid taste amazing as well. I have been taking turmeric capsules for about a year and the Qunol has surpassed the results within the first weeks.
