Here's how I make it: 1 cup almond milk 1/4 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp of ghee 1 tsp of liquie turmeric Heat ingredients together. Cool to drinking temperature. Add a dash of honey to taste. Yum. Yum.

I take 2 pills a day and my everyday pains seem to be less. I ran out for a few days and the normal age pains increased. I finally got to the store and have been taking 2 a day for the last 3 days and the normal pains have reduced to a more manageable level.

I have found this product to actually work a combonation of Tumeric & curcuminoids better than golden paste, Kirkland joint liquid + codroiton.I have been taking this for appoximetly one year have noticed complete freedom from joint pain and positive lubrication my xtomach and digestive track have been quite happy with this product formular.
