[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have taken the capsules but the pleasant taste of the liquid is not bad. I take my shot of liquid turmeric in the morning with my vitamins. They all go down easier with a small glass of grape juice. Don't get the liquid on your fingers as it will stain them yellowish orange. It washes off easily. I'm testing it out for effectiveness. Finished the bottle the other day now wait and see. You know if its working if the pain in my joints come back or was it just being quarantined and off my feet. So far feel great. It's pricey so I want to make sure it is effective.

I began using this Qunol Tumeric a couple of weeks ago. I have experienced a massive improvement in my inflammation. It all but disappeared. I work out Three days a week. I'm 71 years old and I hit he weights and machines hard six hours a week. This product does what it says. I love it.

I am very impressed with the fact that the absorption is a high priority and am looking forward to it's benefits. I actually follow directions, two per day. Very easy to take and digest. I bought three bottles and gave them to my sisters. I am waiting for one of my sisters to let me know she likes it, the other two feel same as I do. They don't know how they got along without this. This made my day.

The liquid Turmeric is an easy and convenient way to consistently take a much needed preventative product.

I've had several joint surgeries in the last 10 years, and I must say that the liquid Turmeric is most beneficial for me. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has helped my husband's knees. He works in airplanes and was struggling to climb everyday. After two weeks of taking turmeric daily, he has no pain. I have also noticed a difference in my joints as well. Daily yoga has become more pleasurable, no more pain.

I have basal joint (thumb) arthritis as well as OA in my hands. The pain can be severe, especially at night. I avoid taking nsaids. My doctor prescribed diclofenac gel, which is a topical nsaid, but not without risk. I decided to try turmeric. Soon after beginning a turmeric regimen, I was able to sleep at night without waking from hand pain. Also, the pain is less throughout the day and although I still have some pain, it is very manageable. Turmeric works better for me than the diclofenac and for longer duration -- I don't have to apply it often as with diclofenac, and only take two pills after dinner.

Sometimes I get a little on my fingers and it can leave a slight orange tint, but is easy washed away. I did try the soft gels because of this, but the liquid seems to work better so my next order will be the liquid form. I absolutely love this product and would recommend it to everyone fighting inflammation.
