Just started with the liquid form. I have been taking a capsule form. I prefer liquid type supplements because the absorption time is quicker and probably easier on the stomach. I not fond of the taste, even diluted in water. Juice is out because I am diabetic. Time will tell on the effectiveness of this product. I am hopeful.

Great Taste in a Great Product that you can Feel when you take it! I mix this in my HydroFlask w/ Water or w/ my Chocolate Isolate Protein Powder During & Post workouts, & can Definitely Feel the difference! I have arthritis in my right knee. My knee is swollen with a lot of pain. I take one Qunol Turmeric every day. My Doctor recommended Qunol to me because of my arthritis inflammation. He told me that he takes one each day and it's safe and works.
