I take this every morning after my meals. This product is great! I always heard that Turmeric was a good product. After viewing the TV commercials several times, I decided to try Qunol brand of Turmeric. It is now a product that I will use forever. Dr. Travis Stork M.D. was right that only Qunol brand has better absorption than other brands. I highly recommend. I would like to try the liquid form of this product. Thank you Qunol!!

I begin each day with two pills for breakfast. I started to notice a difference in my physical therapy recovery times about a week after using Qunol. Achiness subsided dramatically which allowed for me to continue on to harder training. I had an overall sense of flexibility that I had not felt in several years.

I bought this a while back when my plantar fasciitis was so bad I could hardly walk. I had tried all the recommended treatments with little to no improvement. It took about 2 weeks of heavy doses to get it bearable, then I continued twice per day until it completely went away. I continued to take one pill a day until I ran out, thinking I was good. As expected, about 6 months later it started to flare up again. I tried to ignore it thinking it would go away, but decided to get another bottle. I took one pill before bed, got up the next morning with no pain whatsoever. I won't run out again, plus I have noticed less joint pain in my knees, ankles and arm joints. I highly recommend.

I take this Qunol Turmeric supplement (2 caps) before bedtime. I often woke up during the night due to pain in my back and hips. Since taking this for a couple of months now, I wake up largely pain-free after a solid night's sleep. It really does help!!

We was pretty sure the pain was caused from inflammation I brought this Qunol home and said we are both taking this every day, it cant hurt. I have only been taking this for a month and I expect it should take a little longer before I see any results. I'm not sure what the results should be. I was just told it's very good for me. I'm 76 and I'm willing to take anything that's good for me.,,,,and tastes good.

My dr. wanted me to take this,My thought another pill to take.To my surprise it taste great and its a Softgel. Thats a plus.It did make a difference,I talked to my dad who uses this his self and he thought this was great,so I tried this and , Im glad I did.I have inflammation and I saw some improvement.I thought I would share this information with others.
