I use one tablet in the morning and one at night and have had great results. I have chronic back pain and frequent knee and foot pain. While that hasn't disappeared, I find that things are a lot better the next morning. Recently I dropped all supplements temporarily to try to find if something was causing a problem. It didn't take long before I noticed an increase in my pain level, especially in the morning. Once I added the Qunol Turmeric back to my daily routine, things got better. It's not a cure but it definitely helps!

I take 2 tablets every morning, I had hip replacement in August 2019 and in April i got bursitis in that hip. My brother told me about Qunol and said it had helped him with joint pain.
