I take this once a day with a few other items, like a multi and Vitamin D. It's a copious amount, the pills aren't unmanageably large. There's no aftertaste and it won't stain your teeth like turmeric powder or teas. I take this because of the long-term anti-inflammatory and purported anti-dementia benefits of turmeric. It's not like caffeine where you'll get an immediate boost or anything. That said, I used to have terrible popping sounds and joint issues in my knees and about halfway through the first bottle of this I noticed it was significantly reduced. I'm about halfway through my second bottle now which means I've been taking this for over six months and my knees feel nearly normal again. Can I attribute it to the turmeric? Possibly?? Probably? I don't know what else!

BUT, it is almost impossible to pour from the bottle without a little drip escaping down the side of the bottle. This stuff stains everything it touches!

I am a Massage Therapist, and I use my hands every day. I've been taking Qunol Liquid Turmeric for about a month now and before taking it, I was thinking about getting a different job outside of the Massage field. I have heard of the multiple benefits of turmeric and was eager to jump on board and get it into my body to reap the benefits. Although I use it here and there in my cooking, I'd only use a tiny bit. When I saw this product, I had to buy it! On the bottle, the directions read it could be taken on its own or it could be mixed with your favorite juice. This made me think, this probably won't taste all too great. I love the taste of the qunol liquid CoQ10 so I decided to try it without diluting it and I was wrong! It tastes so good, I even like it more than the CoQ10 flavor! I would definitely recommend this product and will be repurchasing in the future!

Have gone through one bottle of this, tastes good. I am 37 and healthy so its hard to say I feel much of a difference from taking it, more of a preventative practice I suppose. Hopefully I am getting all the anti-inflammatory benefits that have been suggested. Will continue to take this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started this supplement about 3 months ago and as I neared the end of the bottle, I wanted to do a little test to see if it was really helping my chronic Fibro pain. Within about 2 weeks it was apparent that it was definitely helping my pain. Back to taking it and looking forward to getting relief again.

I started taking this in the hope it would alleviate pain in my shoulder that was keeping me awake at night. Within a short time after starting to use it, I noticed a significant reduction in pain level. Then I ran out and within three days the pain was increasing again. I now have an auto-ship subscription.

I have been using this product everyday for 1 week. I had been taking Tumeric Capsules (2/day) for 2 months. I have noticed more improvement in this last week than in the past 2 months. The liquid seems to absorb more quickly and be more effective. I keep in the fridge and it tastes pretty good. Be sure to shake really well each time so it doesn't come out chalky. I only rated 4 stars as I want to continue using for several months to see long-term impact. P.S. my main issue is arthritis in my knees (beneath both knee caps) which causes extreme pain. I am very very active (cycling, rock climbing, weight lifting, swimming, hiking).
