[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Qunol Turmeric for approximately a year. My Wife just recently started as well. It is very effective to reduce swelling and inflammation. It also assists with digestion. You would have to ingest a lot in cooking to get anywhere near the results. We cook with Turmeric as well since it a well known anti-inflammitor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started to use Qunol Turmeric after learning from a family member's Rheumatologist recommended that they take daily for pain in their feet. At the time I was getting pains in both of my feet that seemed to start out as very painful and tended to subside as weeks went on - depressing! Then I bought a bottle of the Qunol Turmeric to try it. I was really surprised that the pains that I was experiencing in each foot soon diminished and was pain free. The reasons for the pains made no sense to me to begin with but now that they are gone - I take the Turmeric everyday!

This turmeric supplement is great! In the past I've always tried to take turmeric the old-fashioned way, by mixing in into food and smoothies, but it's hard to get high doses that way due to the taste. This supplement has all the health benefits of pure turmeric while being much, much easier to take. I'm using turmeric in conjunction with eliminating dairy and alcohol to help with chronic inflammation, and with the supplement, I'm seeing much faster and more noticeable results than ever before. My joints feel better, my skin looks better, and I even feel like my blood sugar is more under control. I'm definitely going to keep taking this regularly!

This stuff worked so well that opted to do the subscription for automatic shipments. I cannot think of enough positive things to say about Qunol Turmeric. I know when I run out and it's on back order that I'll have to settle for another brand until my Qunol ships and I know that with anti other brand the inflammation will not be as well controlled. Thank you Qunol for making high quality products with high quality ingredients.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use 500 mg mornings and same early evening. Large pill but easy to swallow. No taste. Bottle says 1000 mg which I was prescribed, but that is for two pills. I feel it should say 500 mg for accuracy.

I take 2 capsules every morning after breakfast. I have had bad inflammation now for quite some time leading to chronic pain with arthritis. It has only been 2 weeks but I am thinking that I can now hobble around without my walker. Qunol is the only thing different that I'm doing. I gave a 4 star instead of 5 only because I am not 100% convinced its the Qunol yet. Will review every time I finish a bottle, which is every 2 weeks. Here's hoping......

I have been taking turmeric capsules for a few years now, and the turmeric/curcumin definitely relieves aches and pains. I wouldn't go anywhere without it!! This new liquid formula is terrific if you don't like taking tablets/capsules. I only give it 4 stars rather than 5 because it stains very easily and does not come out. But that's the nature of turmeric. It's just more likely to drip or spill in this liquid form. But I REALLY like the convenience!

I've read & read about the use of Tumeric for various ailments & decided to give it a try! First I tried the cheaper brands & found they upset my stomach & didn't give me the desired effect I was hoping for. I have struggled with Type 2 Diabetes for years & found that the cheaper brands on the market seemed to raise my blood sugar levels & as well as not giving relief from joint pain! I asked my Doctors about it ready for a tongue-lashing for even considering a homeopathic way to gain some relief. .Most were in agreement that the cheaper brands were full of "fillers" that seriously effected by blood sugar levels & they recommended I try a different brand - your product was mentioned. Sure enough, I bought Qunol Tumeric & found the product easier to take, less harmful to my stomach & provided the relief I was looking for & gave me to ability to stop taking OTC pain relievers as often. Qunol Tumeric relieved my pain, reduced the inflammation in my joints & improved my overall health. I now take it daily. I no longer wake up with join stiffness, joint pain or swelling in my hands & fingers & thankfully it does not raise my blood sugar levels one bit!!!

At 72, I am working out regularly to complement my efforts to lose weight, control diabetes and counter accompanying problems. Several friends at the gym recommended turmeric to help support my joints and my efforts to build strength. At first I noticed little change, then I noticed Qunol Turmeric in the store. Having had great success with Qunol CoQ10, I bought the Qunol turmeric. I've been taking it several months and my workouts seem more productive, and my joints don't ache as much afterwards. I would recommend it to anyone and intend to keep taking it.
