I'd been taking the pills, which are excellent. I think the liquid is better because it absorbs quicker. Since I exercise daily and since taking this no longer get sore. Yes, I do have arthritis. When the wet, damp weather sets in, I'm interested to see how much better I feel with the liquid

I have been using this product for three months. Being a handyman, I am installing floors, climbing ladders and overall in all kinds of positions the get what I need done. N the 3 months I have seen, and felt, a remarkable difference. I no longer have the constant pain and can do what I need to do more efficiently!

I have been taking one pill a day for about a month. I have not experienced magical results, but I believe there is enough evidence of turmeric health benefits to warrant taking this. Product is somewhat pricey, but worth it if the improved absorption claims are true.

I researched the benefits of using turmeric for inflammation and Qunol always popped up as a top quality product. So far I love this product for small dose and great taste even undiluted. My mom who has Lupus has been recommended by her team of physicians to use turmeric as well. I knew them I had to try it to help with tendinitis and nerve pain I can say with certainty the inflammation caused by both has decreased enough to notice a difference and I have been using Qunol for almost a month now.

Originally purchased the product and starting taking it for inflammatory properties of turmeric and joint health. Have been taking the product for four months (twice daily) and my knees are feeling much better. BUT to my surprise, my cholesterol has dropped 30 points since I started the product with really no other changes to my diet. Kept me from going on a RX for cholesterol. Also tastes great.

Using Qunol Turmeric for about 6 months. It really assist with the inflammation and pain in lower back and arthritic pinky finger. I did switch to another brand for a couple of days and experienced a negative re-action in the abdomen. I returned that product and immediately purchase Qunol brand. Very ease on the stomach.
