I am 57 years old and play racquetball as well as tennis and used to always have a sore shoulder for two days after playing either but not any more since I started taking a shot of this every day. I am a walking example of the effectiveness of Qunol liquid turmeric.

I have been using this product everyday for 1 week. I had been taking Tumeric Capsules (2/day) for 2 months. I have noticed more improvement in this last week than in the past 2 months. The liquid seems to absorb more quickly and be more effective. I keep in the fridge and it tastes pretty good. Be sure to shake really well each time so it doesn't come out chalky. I only rated 4 stars as I want to continue using for several months to see long-term impact. P.S. my main issue is arthritis in my knees (beneath both knee caps) which causes extreme pain. I am very very active (cycling, rock climbing, weight lifting, swimming, hiking).

I like the softgel capsules because of the convenience of taking a gel capsule, no mess no need to have a utensil to administer the turmeric. You can easily take a few capsules with you when traveling so no need to take the entire contents of a bottle. There is no aftertaste which I prefer. A good product that is easy to take.

I take it daily for chronic pain. I have cervical disc disease which causes pain in my neck and shoulders. Prior to surgery I had to discontinue it for several days,and I could really tell the difference. After surgery (3 herniated discs fused) I am much better, but still have some pain which I can manage with tumeric instead of having to take NSAIDs.

The pain in my shoulders is so bad, at times, that I can't even turn over in bed. Since I've started the Qunol Turmeric the pain has subsided tremendously. I am able to sleep at night and although my hands are weak and the pain is substantially less.
