I started taking Qunol Tumeric for osteoarthritis aches. Other supplements hadn't done anything so I didn't expect much from the Qunol. Nice surprise - after about 3 weeks I realized my joints were much less achey. It really does help.

Mix it with V8 every morning. Very good as an anti dementia supplement. South Asians have far less incidence of it. Also take Qunol with the evening meal. Great combination. -- the two of them!

I have been using Qunol Turmeric for about 4 years and have had very little joint pain ever since. I walk about 2 miles each day and despite have in a torn miniscus in my right knee, it does not bother me anymore.
