I have use it since it came on the shelf. it has helped my inflammation termendously. i will not be without it. i have everyone i know on it and they all LOVE IT TOO. My brother-in- law did wonder if it made his face red? He cut back and is still using it because it has helped his stiffness and his pain. I LOVE BOTH THE TURMERIC & CO Q10. I WILL NOT BE WITHOUT IT, PERIOD........

Take it twice a day, sometimes mid day also, depends on pain level. Been off OPIODS for at least half a year or more!! I have RA, OA, Cervical and Lumbar injuries, went thru a shoulder, rotator cuff and bicep surgery, migraines and sleep deprivation. THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN SO AWESOME!! I tested the difference between the pain meds and this after surgery and THIS PRODUCT WON HANDS DOWN FOR EVERYTHING!! Pain level so much better, energy and strength better, and sleeping better!!! I would recommend this to everyone that could take this product if not allergic to ingredients. Backed by all of my doctors as well

I have basal joint (thumb) arthritis as well as OA in my hands. The pain can be severe, especially at night. I avoid taking nsaids. My doctor prescribed diclofenac gel, which is a topical nsaid, but not without risk. I decided to try turmeric. Soon after beginning a turmeric regimen, I was able to sleep at night without waking from hand pain. Also, the pain is less throughout the day and although I still have some pain, it is very manageable. Turmeric works better for me than the diclofenac and for longer duration -- I don't have to apply it often as with diclofenac, and only take two pills after dinner.

I have been using turmeric for over a year now and am sold on the benefits. I prefer the liquid to the pills or capsules so being able to get this large quantity of very strong, great tasting turmeric made me so happy! At 60 years old, I spend my days cleaning, moving furniture, building furniture, making home improvements, etc. and I know I can get up in the mornings pain and stiffness free because of turmeric. I take two capsules every day. I have been using turmeric supplement that I have tried. I am almost finished with using my first bottle and have noticed Abigail difference in the swelling of my joints in my hands and just overall less stiffness and pain. I will be continuing to use this product.
