I started taking the liquid Turmetic and have noticed the regarding immflation and more mobility of my knee. The produce has a pleasant taste and is palatable without having to add it to water. It taste like orange with a slight kick to it. I like to hav an option since I have a hard time taking pills.

I got this last week and granted, for the first few days I doubled dosed to get it to kick in faster. I have noticed much less joint pain, even in my fingers, and this is just starting. So happy I decided to risk trying yet another brand and will be getting it regularly from now on.
