I take the recommended dose of the liquid in the morning and one softgel in the evening. It has significantly reduced my knee pain, making it much easier to use the stairs in my house, and the results were noticeable in about 45-50 days. When used with liquid glucosamine & chondroitin, it's like getting your joints oiled. I highly recommend this particular brand because the efficacy is much higher and more pronounced than other brands I've tried. The liquid is slightly chalky, so make sure to shake the bottle well before each use. The flavor is an orange/citrus and makes the bitterness of the turmeric much more palatable. I've done tons of research on the few supplements I take, and Qunol is always at the top of consumer reviews and third party professional testing sites. It may cost a little more than the competing brands, but it's worth every penny.

I've been taking (2) 1000mg of Turmeric daily for the past three years. If I over do it during the day (working or exercise) and my joint start aching I'll take two more at night. Great product!
