Take 15ml oral daily. Have inflammatory responses (including Hashimoto). Recent low back injury with muscle pain. After only a week, I am seeing some overall improvement of general inflammation throughout my body. Seems to also relieve some of the back pain. Much better way of getting Turmeric into my body!!

I usually take my Turmeric capsules at lunchtime and find them very easy to swallow, unlike my rather large hard Calcium tablets that are horrible tp swallow and definitely rather off putting! Fast absorption rate is another big plus, and the lack of the usual filler ingredients that are often found in cheaper brands. I definitely find these Turmeric capsules are very helpful and effective with helping relieve my bad back pain. I have not had any problems with adverse side effects.

I was leery about trying this in liquid form because other turmeric products I've tried tasted horrible. This is the exception! The taste is great and I noticed a decrease in my daily pain after a few days. It definitely helps with the inflammation in my feet and ankles.

I have tried other brands of Turmeric and then decided to try Qunol to see if it might work better for me. I am so happy I tried it. There was a very noticeable difference! It works fast and it works better. I will not buy anything else. I have sore joints and an achy back most of the time...from sitting too long while working and from exercise. Not any more! This stuff is great. So happy my cousin told me to try it.

I place the required amount, just a small cap-full, in my morning hot or cold tea, and it adds a nice spicy flavor. I'm so glad that its not another pill to swallow and that it is so easy to take. I feel that I'm helping my joint inflammation and that my sciatic doesn't act up as often.

I was taking pill formed turmeric to help relieve soreness from my workouts- I ran out of the pills and forgot to buy more. At the time I was getting pains in both of my feet that seemed to start out as very painful and tended to subside as weeks went on - depressing! Then I bought a bottle of the Qunol Turmeric to try it. I was really surprised that the pains that I was experiencing in each foot soon diminished and was pain free. The reasons for the pains made no sense to me to begin with but now that they are gone - I take the Turmeric everyday!
