This is such a game changer information in my knee from past injuries quickly go away from using this during a long workout or practices I don't think I can live without this.

I have arthritis that has destroyed my left knee and was posed to take my right knee also. I take one pill everyday along with other vitamins after my one big meal of the day. The pill goes down very easy with no after taste. I drive a forklift at work but I am able to operate the clutch pedal and walk up and down staircases to the lunchroom without any pain greater than a soreness around the knee cap. I believe that I am able to work long hours more efficiently while these pills.

I began statin therapy in 2003 after a myocardial infarction. Shortly after I began having muscle pain behind my knees. I happened upon some information about CoQ10 at that time and tried Qunol. It is even more effective if I repeat the dose in the evening as well. I now take it this way all the time, every day. The results are very quick after I take a dose, and it is much more effective and fast-acting than a different brand of turmeric I took in capsules for the last couple of years.

Due to an old injury, and due to compensating for that injury, I have a good degree of joint pain in my left ankle, both knees, and my right hip. I thought I would give this a shot as a supplement and see if it would do anything, and it turns out that was a great impulse. It's not that I am now pain free, or anything. However, since I started taking it, the pain has improved to such an extent that I no longer feel the need to take over the counter pain killers as often.
