My joints are very flexible and I'm not in the pain I was experiencing before. I wouldn't use any other Turmeric and I know there are many that are less expensive but I wouldn't trade it for the world. Try it and experience the best Turmeric.

I take 2 1000 capsules in the morning everyday. I needed relief from inflammation in both knees. After one month I could see and feel the difference. I also take these with Apple Cider Vinegar pills and Glucosamine. I have mobility and an active life again at age 63 after the orthopedic surgeon told me I would never be active again!

On the advice of a family member, I switched from my store brand of turmeric to Qunol, and within a week I could tell a difference! My knees and low back and hip pain has subsided by at least 80%. Inflammation and arthritis are things I have dealt with for years. I spoke to my cardiologist and asked about taking turmeric stating I had heard it was helpful with inflammation. He told me to give it a try. I already take Qunol CoQ10 daily and was pleased. I looked at other brands, many of which were cheaper, but was so happy with the Qunol I was already using, I thought why change. It's worth every penny!! I started using turmeric, for help, with the onset of arthritis symtoms. I'm usually very sensitive, in the digestive tract, to over the counter supplements. Qunol does not have that negative effect on me. It might be the high absorption rate. I will continue to use this product.

At age 64, after more than 40 years of being an ultra distance athlete, I needed something to help reduce inflammation and pain mainly in my heels and Achilles tendon, both feet. I have successfully used another brand turmeric/curcumin that supplied 50% higher strength, but as the Qunol has higher absorption rate, at a comparable price point, I am happy to have switched, and look forward to many more years competing against athletes 20 or more years younger.

I have been taking Qunol in the tablet form for years but decided to try the liquid this time. So far so good! It seems to be helping the minor aches and pains from arthritis and working out. I'll definitely continue with the liquid - it's a good substitute for the tablets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take Qunal extra strength turmeric complex. It is works well with good results. No bad odor, easy to swallow capsules. It is an excellent supplement and it has worked for me and helped me tremendously.

I've been taking EXtra Strength 1000mg caps for two years. It does help with joint pain. I do question the logic of 2 caps/day for 1000mg but 3 caps/ day for 1500 mgs? I won't take 3 but question that dosage. Since they were "out of stock" to the 1000 mgs I was forced to buy the `1500. Interesting way to force me to "upgrade" in costs and mgs. I didn't want to let it get out of my system waiting for them to "stock up" on 1000mgs. That's the trick of this product. You have to keep it in your system to enjoy the benefits. It takes over a month to really kick in. It's worth it.
