Since i started taking the Turmeric 1000 chewable tablets I have noticed a significant decrease in my leg swelling, which has been an ongoing issue for me over the last few years. I will continue to use this product and recommend it to anyone who suffers from similar ailments.

I have osteoporosis and the more have used this product, the more I am able to move around with less stiffness and inflammation in my knees and back. The less inflammation the less the pain which then gives me a fighting chance to begin moving more and moving more helps to defeat the stiffness and pain. I have recommended this quill turmeric to several family members who are now using it as well.

I take Qunol Turmeric every day. I tried many other turmeric supplements and was not happy with the results. Qunol is hands down the best turmeric supplement on the market. My only suggestion is please make bottle caps with a flip top to make it easier to dispense.

Specifically because I do not get the burps from this one or an upset stomach. I am very sensitive to tumeric compounds & often cannot tolerate, especially on an empty stomach/lightly fed stomach but this is tolerable for me. Two thumbs up!

We left on a trip for two weeks and I did not use the product. Our trip involved a lot of walking. I was pain free during the trip and the four days we have been back. So I will have to see how things develop going forward.

It did not resolve completely, but enough to help me get out of bed without difficulty walking. FYI, I am an RN who helps treat patients with different types of arthritis.
