I was diagnosed with Degenerative Disc Disorder in my lower back and mild spinal stenosis. I was unable to perform every day duties even sneezing was a challenge. I started using this product once a day before my streches and workouts. I am able to do 30 situps with out any issues after only 1 month of use before I was not able to do ONE situp. I still have slight pain and discomfort but nothing like it was before. Highly recommend this product for lowering your inflammation.

The other brand I don't think that I absorbed the turmeric and had awful after taste. I back with Qunol and won't try any other brands to save a few pennies.

I began experiencing severe pain in my hands some months ago from arthritis and tried to control it with different NSAID pills with no apparent relief. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take cholesterol medication so it is important to have CoQ10 in my system to protect my heart function. Qunol is easily absorbed compared to other CoQ10 products so I am getting more for my money.

I take daily and was recently out of work so I couldn't afford to keep buying it. After a few weeks past I began to have pain in my hip to the point where I was actually limping. I realized it was because I stopped taking Qunol. The same week I got back on it until now I no longer have the pain.
