I take 2 pills per day and despite my moderate disc herniation, spinal stenosis and arthritis I am able to move around quite well. Without the Qunol® Turmeric Ultra High Absorption, 1000mg, 120 I would be bed ridden much of the day.

I have arthritis really bad and I really honestly do not see a difference that it helps me at all. Some people say it helps them but maybe even not as bad as me that I have to get my knees replaced..

I haven't taken it long enough to know if it helps me lose weight but I am happy it doesn't burn all the way down which other pills have done so I think I will stay with it.

The only turmeric I've ever been able to take on an empty stomach. I don't eat breakfast so most supplements upset my stomach until I eat. Happy to report I can take this one anytime. Feeling the good effects too since I'm recovering from surgery.
