my knee was in so much pain , I look in the internet for help and what was causing it. well it could be so many things so check for some remedies . I chose the Qunol Liquid which contained the Tumeric because I was looking for something that would help with my knee pain. My knee pain wakes me up at night and after a week of taking one capful each morning, the pain has diminished greatly. I understand that Tumeric is a good for inflammation and in liquid form is absorbed more quickly in the body. I would recommend this product!
