I became even more aware of just how well it was working when I went for an extended stay out of town. When I finished the bottle I had taken with me, shortly after the discomfort in my ankle became significantly worse again.

I'm not sure how long it's supposed to take to begin having a positive affect. I took it for the first time on Friday and again on Saturday when i have a very competitive tennis match. These are the first days I have not taken 600 mg of Ibuprofen before playing. I've been concerned because I take Ibuprofen 4 times a week to play tennis. I take a daily 15 mil dose along with my usual vitamin supplements before my half hour walk. My joints feel better even in the cold of winter. I just have a better general felling of well being.
