I buy this product because I used tumeric powder to effectively reduce pain after a horse-riding accident, so I wanted to obtain better absorption that this formulation promises. I can't say that I notice any physical difference between the products as to pain reduction, but I do believe that the product provides other advantages and will continue to use it.

I used to make my own turmeric paste and make hot drinks with it but this is so much easier. I definitely feel a difference in my joints and walking is much more tolerable . I can only speak for myself but I did research on how turmeric is beneficial for your joints and sleep and I am comfortable using this product .

I never knew that those "burpless" garden seeds for cucumbers actually meant that you can eat them without after-gastric effect?? After having such experience with many Turmeric pills, it was nice to come across one that leaves that unpleasantness out. And I don't have to remember to take "the second dose" of what I would hope to be a single occurrence.

My doctor recommended CoQ10 to me years ago when I started taking statin drugs. I have found that Qunol seems to help in keeping my energy levels up which is very important to me.
