I started taking the tumeric for its anti-inflammatory properties, and it has worked quite well I have noticed improvement in the joints of my hands when I wake up in the morning they aren't as stiff and sore, and they don't ache quite as much throughout the day

I was taking capsule with black pepper added; this supplement is liquid and the bioavailable elements of the supplement I had so far more potent with the black pepper essential active ingredient in easily absorbable form too! I am thrilled to take this now along with the Qunol CoQ10 which I've taken for years!

I was using the Amazon popular brand by Bio Schwartz, but at almost half the cost, I thought i would give Qunol a try. And LO and behold....I would argue it's a superior product!! I'm a long time runner (marathoner, Boston qualifier 5X, and HS Cross Country coach, and RYT yoga teacher. I know placebo. I know every supplement out there. I tried a number of other products to deal with osteoarthritis pain. I gave each of them 2 months to work but none did. I started to notice a difference after about 2-3 weeks of taking 2 Qunol tumeric soft gels a day. Thnings continue to improve over the next couple of weeks. Am I pain free? No. Do I have much much less pain? Absolutely.

I suffer from early onset arthritis & some carpal tunnel and it was so bad that I was taking Aleve, Tylenol and/or Advil every day. I tried this product and it has saved me. I take it once a day (night works for me). This particular product is quite large for those who have a problem taking larger pills, but for me it was a great replacement for the capsules that gave me heartburn and just didn't sit right. I no longer fear taking them in the evening! I just take this product, let it absorb in my system and reap the many benefits. THANK YOU!!

He is back to riding bikes , hiking ,and kayaking again . I was amazed how he changed over time . I Could not believe it , so I had him stop for a while and his knee pain increased .
