I take this product on a regular basis, and can feel the difference if I don't take it. There have only been a few times where I ran out and didn't order my new supply in time. Within a few days I could feel my joints were back to hurting again. Although, once I started to get back the Tumeric, I started feeling great again. I also take the liquid form, but having the pills are easy to travel with. Also if you're on keto, to my knowledge there are no carbs in the pill form. Definitely recommend taking this supplement.

I don't know how it works but I got results and have recommended it to friends who have also gotten results.
