That was all new for me and I started taking a few supplements along with lifestyle changes to try to avoid meds! Numbers seem to be creeping slowly down but too early to tell. I figure this is a benefit regardless and no side effects to taking it.

I usually play tennis 3 times a week ( 3 sets for over 2 hours each day). Prior to trying Qunol I had to put an ice pack on my knee after playing. After purchasing my first bottle within 2 weeks I noticed that my knee didn't hurt and felt fine. I haven't needed an ice pack and it's been over 5 months. I am 65 years old and have ac42 acre farm and beef cattle. I thought soreness and joint pain were just part of the rural life.
