I began using this product once daily about 2 weeks ago. I had spinal surgery 1 year ago and the joint/back pain after working out can be excruciating. Weight training and exercise has been a regular part of my weekly routine for years but after my surgery I had to retrain my abdominal core and pelvic muscles. I wanted an alternative to NSAID medications and this product did the trick. I still have post workout pain when walking and running but no where near what I experienced before using the product. Definitely recommend.

So I go to the store, look at some brands, this one seemed like it hit the spot. Lower back and knees feel alot better, and with less stiffness/generalized swelling.

Have used other Qunol products over the past years, Dealing with a plantar fasciitis, and needed and needed anti-inflammatory help. On the tennis court 3 days a week, and at 73 years young I I turned to Qunol turmeric. After four weeks I am already making headway with my healing. Thanks

to start out, I'm taking two in the morning and two at night to get me out of pain, and in a week or so, I'll start taking two per day. I've had both my knees replaced and the shut down hasn't helped because I haven't been to the Y and exercising, my pain level has risen. But since I started using Qunol Extra Strength Turmeric, I'm on the way back to where I was before everything closed. It makes me feel like I should get back on the move.

My doctor suggested me to try Turmeric, which I knew we use for cooking. I never knew anything about these other Turmeric products or the benefits one could get from the use of it, I have already told many family members and friends about Qunol and how I felt the difference within me in a couple of days.
