I've been having a lot of breakouts in the past six months and had to take Cortizone shots as well as prednisone and nothing seems to help until I started taking this every day in the morning and I notice that it started to clear up clear out my hives after a week less itchiness and inflammation for sure. Instead I tested the product and iced as well. The results were awesome. I highly recommend it. Also for my swollen arthritic index fingers I noticed a difference. Orally with my RXs p and my other Vits/Mins -- in AM with breakfast ... I think the results after 90 days trying it are minimal for a person like me whose joints are profoundly worn... It may be more helpful to a person with more minimal damage... I would recommend it to others in that category but will probably not use it beyond the 180 day supply I got and also due to the expense in relation to more minimal results...
