I had taken this product because I had osteoarthritis and osteoporosis and wanted relief from joint pain. I had a history of depression and wanted to discontinue my antidepressant. I have been using this product for 1 year now. I will not use another product or any medication again. I have had issues with my hip, with my knees, and with the joints in my ankles. I bought one bottle to try to see if this product helped some age related stiffness. And it seemed to have made a difference and so bought another 3 bottles! It seems to relieve that stiffness that I have in my knees--I do feel that this is product I will continue to use!

I love using this product! It is my first time and I already feel the benefits! My monthly period is irregular and sometimes I skipped a few months (p.s: I am still a student).
