I started using this product after the advise from a friend who uses it and has had great results. I had been just mixing the pure turmeric spice with a little olive oil or peanut butter and taking it but taking this softgel is much easier and less time consuming. My friend was right! When I first started using Qunol, I was convalescing from a major illness and was suffering severe joint pain and inflammation. Since I am on a whole array of prescription medications, it was difficult to determine whether the Qunol was actually doing anything. It was only when I ran out of Qunol and major joint pain and inflammation returned that the genuine effectiveness of the Qunol became clear.
