I have been taking 1000mg of Turmeric by capsule for many years - which mild.y upset my stomach to - alleviate joint pain and was excited to try this liquid version. It is excellent - pour a dose straight from the fridge and knock it back - couldn't be easier and no stomach upset!

A couple of months ago, I received lab results with elevated inflammatory markers. My doctor prescribed medication 4x daily. Seeking a life without medication and its side effects, I chose to use this product daily to supplement my diet. I add this product to a glass of juice first thing in the morning.
