I take this product every morning morning morning. My career requires me to stand 12 hours a day, 4 days a week, and I walk up and down 16 flights of stairs each day. Adding this brand of Turmeric has made it so my knees ankles no longer hurt from standing all day and walking up and down the stairs.

I have inflammation but after a deep tissue massage I knew I would be a bit more inflamed so I took 2 tablets after and could tell immediately the next morning that I didn't feel the extra inflammation. This was the first time that I tried this and I am sold on this product.

If I feel a soreness coming on, I then take a little more product and it works extremely well. I was taking the capsules and they seemed to work, however in my case, the liquid work much better and much faster.

I'm 65 years old & I have a swollen, arthritic knee & ankle. I just started taking this product a couple months ago. Within the first few days I noticed the swelling in my knee was gone. Switched from the pill form, which caused a little heartburn and left an aftertaste, to this liquid form. Since using the Quonol liquid COQ10, I'm sold on taking liquid vs. pills or capsules! I could feel the relief within an hour or so. I suffer from post back surgery stenosis and arthritis as well as arthritis in my hands. I take a double dose, 2X a day - wish it came in a stronger dose.

I take two tablets daily - one in the morning and one in the evening. After using Tumeric for 3 months I noticed a huge reduction in inflammation and felt more relaxed in all of my daily activity.
