I have been using this product for approximately 1 year. It is easily digestibleand convenient to take at 2 times a day. I half been talking Qunol Tumeric for the arthritis in my knees. It has made all the difference in the world. I no longer have pain going up and down the stairs or on my long walks. I would highly recommend this product to enhance joint mobility.
