I sleep better, and my knees and back don't hurt as much. I took a larger dose one night, and will not do that again, as it caused a small ulcer in my mouth. Take just 1 tsp. and you will get good results.

This product taken over two months quickly renewed my body from aches and pains and swelling after surgery. I begin to notice feeling like my old self within a week. Each day got better. I had no side effects at 1000mg a day. Feeling like I wanted to spend each new awakening day doing something useful and phyiscal. I would say these are appearing to do what I imagined they would. I have just finished my first 30 oz. bottle of liquid turmeric, and it's easy to take because it tastes good and you don't have to mix it with anything. I feel some relief now, but will keep taking it and hope that I receive more benefits from it.

I have used Qunol CoQ10 for some years now. Since I have been so satisfied with this product I decided to try the Qunol Tumeric. What a difference in the way I feel using both! Joint stiffness is gone and my energy level is up. I won't let these products run out ever!

People kept telling me that turmeric would help my aches and pains. I was told it would take three weeks to feel the effects of the capsules (two each morning). They were right. I didn't realize it until a few days after the end of the third week. My legs muscles quit hurting at night. I am no longer as stiff as I was after sitting for periods of time. Also, my stomach quit hurting. I'd had an ultrasound on my stomach, but they couldn't tell me what was wrong. They said it was probably related to having my gall bladder removed 16 years ago.
