If I feel a soreness coming on, I then take a little more product and it works extremely well. I was taking the capsules and they seemed to work, however in my case, the liquid work much better and much faster.

Switched from the pill form, which caused a little heartburn and left an aftertaste, to this liquid form. Since using the Quonol liquid COQ10, I'm sold on taking liquid vs. pills or capsules! I could feel the relief within an hour or so. I suffer from post back surgery stenosis and arthritis as well as arthritis in my hands. I take a double dose, 2X a day - wish it came in a stronger dose.

If I try a new supplement, I don't really believe I'm going to feel the physical benefits of it -- I generally just believe that if it's helping at all, it's an internal thing that might show up in improved annual exam lab test results or something like that. After taking Qunol Turmeric for a little more than a month, my husband and I literally FEEL BETTER in our bodies. General body aches and pains we thought were just a part of aging have subsided. A "hitch" that I often felt in my hip for more than a year is totally gone. The only thing we've changed in our daily lives during the last month is taking the Turmeric, so it is hard to attribute these results to anything else. I had read for years that Turmeric (or more specifically, curcumin) helps with inflammation, and perhaps this is what we are experiencing. But this is beyond anything I expected -- This is the first time I've actually experienced the physical benefits of taking a supplement. So we will continue! And we will take note of any further health benefits. Based on our experience, we HIGHLY recommend this product.

Both my daughter and I started taking this a month ago. We both feel like it has helped with inflammation and overall well-being. It is recommended to keep the open bottle in the refrigerator which is good because we prefer the taste when it's cold and normally drink it straight without mixing it another beverage.
