Every morning starts with a dose of Qunol in my energy drink. I wanted to take this product for my right knee pain and I was experiencing the pain for several years. I have knee joint pain that started in 2018, which was causing me some discomfort, but I t was manageable. I use this for pain from Inflammation. I was told the Ibuprofen was ruining my stomach and Kidneys and had to stop taking it. I tried multiple Curcumin supplements and never noticed much difference without taking crazy high doses. I seen this at the store and figured why not? I will never go back!
