For the past several months, I have taken one 1,000 mg softgel with breakfast, and one 1,000mg softgel with lunch. I had been fighting knee inflammation and fluid retention for about one year, with some pain walking up and down hills. I have noticed a tremendous decrease in inflammation surrounding my knee joint, and a lessening of pain when walking up and down hills. Nothing has changed except the addition of turmeric, so I firmly believe that turmeric works wonders for inflammation of joints and general joint health. I highly recommend this product.

I had heard of many other over the counter remedies that claimed to tame inflammation, but had never tried any. After wrestling with pain in my right shoulder for more than six months, I decided that I needed to do something. As luck would have it, I happened to receive a Harvard Medical School periodical that profiled various non prescription products that had demonstrated clinical evidence of reducing inflammation. Tumeric was one of the products cited. Almost immediately after taking the first few doses of this product, I noticed a significant reduction in pain. After five days, almost all of the pain had disappeared. I was amazed - the Tumeric/Curcumin supplement really works!

I feel very confident that the Qunol brand of turmeric is the best in supporting healthy inflammation I can find and so important to me is the superior absorption rate . Thererby, I feel I am getting the proper amount each day. My son has taken the Qunol brand of Quo10 for at least 20 years since he takes a statin drug each day. He also feels that this is the supplement that gives him the best absorption rate.

I just purchased the product over the weekend, so I don't have any results to report yet. However, the taste is pretty good. I have a problem swallowing pills and have been looking for a high quality liquid turmeric for quite some time. I will be happy to post a follow up in about a month.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have severe plantar fasciitis and was taking up to 1200 mg of ibuprofen every day before finding this liquid Tumeric. It's amazing. It has reduced the pain to a tolerable level and the flavor is a refreshing orange.

I love this product. I am 29 and thanks to my profession, I already have sore knees. I could barely walk down stairs or keep my knees in a certain position for a small amount of time. This product does take time but it only took about a week for me and it seems pricey for a vitamin.

I take the recommended dose (15 ml) each morning. The orange flavor makes it easy to drink, and it has helped my joint pain so much. I like that it comes in a large bottle so I don't have to constantly buy more. Probably the best way to get turmeric into your system! Especially if you're not a fan of gulping down handfuls of pills and capsules. This is a great product that I will continue to buy :)

I use this product daily. Anyone who needs to take an anti-inflammatory should consider this. This is a way better alternative than ibuprofen. Directions suggest you can mix this product with your favorite juice, or put in water. I find the taste is so good, you don't need to do either (if you don't want to). This will now be my "go-to" method of taking my Turmeric supplement.
