It works very easily as I set the out the night before along with the small measuring device together so that I remember to take both at the same time. The qunol 10 goes down easily and the liquid turmeric spices up my morning.

Since i tried this product i stop using the one i was using regularly. Why? because the soft-gel are easy to swallow, there is no flavor coming out, no smell at all. i feel less boated, some parts of my body are less inflamed like legs and under eyes. I fell more alert, more energy. I sleep better. it is my favorite product. i recommend it to my friends- the ones taking it are happy too.

I take one pill each morning. I like that it has "ultra high absorption". However, the last bottle I purchased had a DIFFERENT pill from all the others in it, and I sent a photo of it to Qunol a few weeks ago, but you never responded. I may try another high absorption brand, as I feel the quality control at Qunol may be lacking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes right down to it, the known health benefits of Tumeric spice should make everyone include it as part of their diet especially as we age. Qunol's Tumeric does not taste as good or as bearable as Qunol's CoQ10 and both products have an equal amount of health benefits. I have been taking Qunol's CoQ10 for over a year and just started taking their Tumeric juice. Both products should be refrigerated as they taste better when cold or over shaved ice ... especially the Tumeric, but even then it is a little rough. Just keep in mind it is very good for you, most doctors I have spoken to agree.

I was very skeptical, but read some reviews and decided to give it a try. I am 67 and do a 5 mile daily walk with numerous hills. I, also, do a daily 30 minute upper or lower body workout. I have learned to live with waking up a few times a night due to aching and burning in my legs, hips and arms. I started taking two capsules midday and within 2 days my body felt different. I'm not waking up at night and I'm not aching! It's amazing! I can't say enough about this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take Qunal extra strength turmeric complex. It is works well with good results. No bad odor, easy to swallow capsules. It is an excellent supplement and it has worked for me and helped me tremendously.

I drink 1 cap size as recommended on the bottle.. Taste is actually good compared to powder version of turmeric products I've tried in the past. I take Qunol for pain and inflammation due to Lyme disease. I also mentioned it to my Lyme specialists and he said it was good that I was taking this. He mentioned I should notice once inflation has gone down and I should have less pain in joints, as well as reduction in visible swelling. I am on my second bottle now and will continue to use this product. You may not notice a difference till about the 3rd week. Just like anything else you need to be consistent and give it time.

I have been taking Qunol in the tablet form for years but decided to try the liquid this time. So far so good! It seems to be helping the minor aches and pains from arthritis and working out. I'll definitely continue with the liquid - it's a good substitute for the tablets.
