It was difficult mix and take 2-3 spoons of turmeric in water or milk but this Qunol liquid turmeric makes it very easy and tastes quite good. Sometimes I mix it with a little carrot juice to go down even easier.

This is a wonderful way for me to get a good quality, highly absorbable form of turmeric; it tastes great, is easy to take and it doesn't upset my stomach! Thank you Qunol for another great product!
