We started using this product and we almost finished one bottle. We feel good and energetic. We do not feel tired after a routine exercise and our knee pain is less. We hope to get rid of it by the time we finish the 2nd bottle.

I like that I don't necessarily have to take it with food and it has better absorption than capsules. The only downside I have found so far is if I am away from home, it is not easy to take with me since needs refrigeration and is a liquid.

My husband and I take a dose every morning to help control inflammation. This is the first turmeric product that we have tried that has a good flavor. It can be taken by itself or added to our smoothies without messing up the flavor of the smoothie.
