Tumeric is a awesome anti-inflammatory (Natural). My wife and myself can fell results right away. This product and Q10 are a most have. Great taste as well.

Replaced my anti inflammatory product with Qunol Liquid Turmeric 3 months have passed and I feel so much better. Substantially less pain in muscles and joints.

Take 15mg at night. Having no stomach issues. But need to use daily to achieve alleviation of pain. Have so friends that say it was not effective for them. But it works for me.
