I just tried my first dose by adding it to a quarter cup of cool water and was surprised at how good it tastes! I love Golden Milk, but don't care to drink it every day, so this makes a nice alternative!

If you want to take your curcumin in a capsule made with boiled cow hooves then buy Qunol. Not Vegan and not Vegetarian I guess they spend all of their budget on advertising.

I see a marketable difference in my trigger finger in 7 days. I had a surgery scheduled to deal with the tendon but I canceled it because of the way my finger is able to close. Going to wait and see if it continues to get better.
