I use this daily for health to help prevent issues even though it states its not intended to treat/prevent or cure diseases. Turmeric can replace harmful NSAIDS for people suffering from chronic pain. The fact that this contsins BioPerine is awesome as this increases absorption drastically. Although the surgery was a success and did improve things I was having a problem with stiffness and pain in my knees and started to think this is just the ways it's going to be from now on. Recently I decided that there has to be something I can do and started looking into inflammation and what was out there that could offer me some relief and that's when I learned about turmeric and the need for black pepper to absorb it. It wasn't long after that I saw a commercial for Qunol turmeric and decided I would give it a try, after a few weeks I started noticing that my pain and stiffness was subsiding and now after 2 months I am a new man!! I am moving so much better and the pain is about gone! I am so happy with this product that I have been telling everyone I know about it! I highly recommend it!!

I tried a cheaper brand of pill (in between my 1st and 2nd bottles of this liquid turmeric), and noticed no difference. During my second bottle I had terrible menstrual cramps. I took 30 ML 2x/day for 2 days. The pain subsided within an hour after the first dose. My bloating (inflammation) subsided greatly during those 2 days, which are normally my worst.
