My hands especially were very stiff and painful when I worked in the yard and the shop. This is has become part of my daily supplement routine and wouldn't think of stopping them. It doesn't seem to stay in suspension as well as I hoped. There is always tumeric powder left in measuring cup when I rinse.

So far after consuming my first bottle, I seem to have less inflammation and morning joint pain. Those two things alone make it a great product for me!

Both of my legs have been swelled up for close to a year now and nothing I used seem to help. I haven't noticed a great improvement in my back pain problem but some reduction in disconforment. On the other hand I haven't any increase in back pain. I will continue using hoping for more good results..
