[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how you can put it in smoothies, juices or water. I used to take turmeric pills but I love the idea of liquid cause your body absorbs it faster and more efficiently. I just used it in my smoothie post workout and i couldn't even taste it!!

I have had chronic lower, mid and upper back pain for years due to injuries. I have been told that there really wasn't anything that could be done except strengthening exercises and medications. I couldn't do strengthening due to extreme pain. And I don't want to get hooked on pain killers, so I have just dealt with constant pain and only using Ibuprofen on days that are extra bad. After just a few days of using this product, I have been able to start strengthening exercises due to such minimal amount of pain. It has had such a dramatic effect on me that now my wife is taking it as well. I would recommend any chronic pain sufferer to at least give it a try. If it doesn't work, you really haven't missed out on much. If it does, you gain your life back!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The making of this product is not good. Whenever I touch the pills my hands turn orange. The pills have turmeric residue all over them from the manufacturing process. I only have this problem with this brand.

I have been taking the Ounol Liquid CoQ10 for the last 3 years and decide to try the Turmeric because I like the CoQ10 taste and ease. The Turmeric bottle has to be Refrigerated after opening, so it is a good thing I have the CoQ10 on the counter to remind me to take it. I go the gym 3 times a week and take the turmeric after the gym to help with inflammation and sour joint.

I continued to take it for several months and enjoy some relief. I then stopped taking it to see what would happen. After about three weeks, my pain started increasing. Two months without it and the pain is getting intolerable again. I'm back on Qunol Tumeric and inticipate my discomfort to begin to subside in a week or so.

While I appreciate the liquid form for fast absorption, I also have trouble swallowing pills - so this is extra helpful for me. I take this product first thing every morning. One significant thing I noticed is that when I go downstairs, I don't have the usual ache in my knees that I had before using this product. I can only imagine what it might help with my internal organs a far as decreasing any inflammation that I may have unchecked. It has a pleasant taste that is not difficult to palate.
